Creemos en Dios como ser Supremo
Dios es el Ser Supremo que creó todo cuanto existe. Su poder y presencia son manifestados en la persona de su Hijo Jesús, el Salvador, y en el Espíritu Santo, quien dirige la comunidad de fe.

Creemos en Jesús
Aceptamos que la tradición apostólica de las Escrituras reconoce y acepta a Jesús como decisivo, determinante y normativo para las relaciones del ser humano con Dios, el prójimo, la familia y la sociedad.
Siendo el Salvador y Mediador de la Humanidad, es nuestro compromiso continuar fortaleciendo la convergencia de todos los cristianos mediante la única fe alrededor de la persona de Jesús.

Creemos en la vida
Afirmamos que la vida es un regalo de Dios. Fomentamos que cada ser humano valore su vida para poder dar lo mejor de sí al país, la familia y la sociedad.
Promovemos la preservación de la vida, y para ello fomentamos una conciencia cristiana en la educación.

Creemos en la familia
Creemos que la familia es el núcleo social esencial donde se forman los valores iniciales que forman la persona. Nos comprometemos a reforzar dichos valores desde el fundamento bíblico que ayude a cada ser humano a alcanzar la vida plena y la haga extensiva a los suyos.

Creemos en el servicio
Afirmamos nuestro ideal cristiano ecuménico, dedicando nuestro esfuerzo a renovar y afirmar el servicio a nuestra patria, sociedad, familia y prójimo.

Creemos en la identidad de la comunidad de fe cristiana
Afirmamos que la convicción de ser cristianos implica conocimiento y obediencia a la Palabra de Dios y, a su vez, una identificación y un compromiso con la Iglesia y con la comunidad cristiana particular de la persona.

Creemos en la educación integral
Nuestra posición ecuménica cristiana provee apertura hacia la sociedad, las ciencias y la tecnología, con una mentalidad integral, actitud de respeto y una conducta moral cónsona con nuestros valores.
Fomentamos la educación integral de cada persona para el ejercicio de su vocación mediante una forma responsable, una conducta moral y una manifestación productiva en su comunidad.
Somos una comunidad de educación superior en búsqueda integral de la verdad dentro de un clima de libertad, mediante el fomento de una vida académica madura que garantice la libertad de investigación genuina.

Creemos en el compromiso con nuestro prójimo
Creemos que ser cristiano es tener y manifestar un compromiso con el servicio al prójimo basado en el amor y no en el dominio de la sociedad, es fomentar la amistad, solidaridad, tolerancia y comprensión más allá de cualquier barrera humana.

Creemos en el estudio de la religión cristiana
Promovemos el estudio de la religión cristiana como una disciplina académica en la cual se mantiene un diálogo fructífero con las demás disciplinas académicas.

We believe in God as the Supreme Being
God is the Supreme Being who created all that exists. His power and presence are manifested in the person of his Son Jesus, the Savior, and in the Holy Spirit, who directs the community of faith.

We believe in Jesus
We accept that the apostolic tradition of the Scriptures recognizes and accepts Jesus as decisive, determining and normative for human relationships with God, neighbor, family and society.
Being the Savior and Mediator of Humanity, it is our commitment to continue to strengthen the convergence of all Christians through the one faith around the person of Jesus.

We believe in life
We affirm that life is a gift from God. We encourage every human being to value his or her life in order to give the best of himself or herself to the country, the family and society.
We promote the preservation of life, and to this end we encourage a Christian conscience in education.

We affirm that the conviction of being Christian implies knowledge of and obedience to the Word of God and, in turn, an identification and commitment to the Church and to one’s particular Christian community.

Our ecumenical Christian position provides openness towards society, science and technology, with an integral mentality, an attitude of respect and a moral conduct consistent with our values.
We promote the integral education of each person for the exercise of his or her vocation through a responsible manner, a moral conduct and a productive manifestation in his or her community.
We are a community of higher education in an integral search for truth within a climate of freedom, through the promotion of a mature academic life that guarantees the freedom of genuine research.

We believe that to be Christian is to have and manifest a commitment to the service of our neighbor based on love and not on the domination of society, it is to foster friendship, solidarity, tolerance and understanding beyond any human barrier.

We promote the study of Christian religion as an academic discipline in which a fruitful dialogue is maintained with other academic disciplines.
