The Cyber Studies Center, Orlando, FL (additional location) of the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Guayama Campus, aspires to develop competent and socially responsive professionals in the following areas: Nursing Sciences, Administration and Business Development and Natural Sciences and Technology.


Academic Programs

Associate of Applied Science Degree in Nursing
The program consists of 65 credits:

  • General Education Requirements – 24 credits
  • Core Requirements – 7 credits
  • Concentration Requirements – 34 credits
  • To be admitted to the program, students must meet the following criteria

Bachelor of Science Degree Program in Nursing
The program consists of 120 credits:

  • General Education Requirements – 45 credits
  • Core Requirements – 10 credits
  • Concentration Requirements – 62 credits
  • Electives – 3 credits
  • To be admitted to the program, students must meet the following criteria

Associate Degree in Applied Sciences in Accounting
The program consists of 61 – 62 credits:

  • General Education Requirement – 24 Prescribed Distribution Requirements
  • Concentration Requirement  34–35 credits
  • Elective Course – 3 credits
  • To be admitted to the program, students must meet the following criteria
    • Have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.00 at the high school level

Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice
The program consists of 121 credits:

  • General Education Requirements – 48 credits
  • Core Requirements – 40 credits
  • Concentration Requirements – 21 credits
  • Prescribed Distribution Requirements – 6 credits
  • Elective Courses – 6 credits
  • To be admitted to the program, students must meet the following criteria
    • Have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.00 at the high school level

Master in Computer Science with a Specialization in Networks and Security
The program consists of 39 credits:

  • Specialization Requirements – 33 credits
  • Prescribed Distribution Requirements – 6 credits
  • To be admitted to the program, students must meet the following criteria
    • Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
